Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site is built on the MerchandiZer (tm) system which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone or fax at the numbers listed at the bottom of this page.
All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

Will I pay sales tax?

Sales tax will only apply to residents of California, but not to any other US state or the rest of the world.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the main credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below.

How much will my shipping charges be?

We ship by U.S. Mail and UPS Ground Delivery (we will choose the fastest alternative). You also have the option to use UPS 3-Day Select and 2nd Day Air. Your shipping charge is based on the total of your order. The standard shipping charge for orders up to $20 is $7.50. The standard shipping charge for orders over $20 is $9.50. There is no shipping charge for seminar and membership enrollment orders.
OVERSEAS ORDERS: Overseas orders can be made by credit card only. Shipping charges are indicated based upon method and total of order. Please e-mail us with any special instructions.

What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving it. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS. Our return address is: 5020 El Portal Road, El Portal, CA 95318

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will E-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.

What is your policy on privacy?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

How do I track my order?

Go to the "You and Your Order" page and you will receive details about any outstanding or back orders, and their status.

How do seminar and membership enrollments and my member discount work?

Even though you will receive a confirming e-mail when you sign up for a seminar, your confirmation is dependent upon space being available in the course. We will let you know as soon as possible whether you have been enrolled. Call (209) 379-2321 with questions.

If you enroll as a member of YA through this store, you will be entitled to receive your 15% merchandise discount immediately. However, your membership dues will be charged to your credit card and processed separately from your merchandise order. You should receive your new membership card and welcome kit within 6 weeks.

YA members are entitled to a 15% discount on merchandise purchased. This discount does not apply to membership dues or to shipping charges. (See 'How much will my shipping charges be?')
